The study
Our team performed a physical inspection and engineering analysis focused on the park’s site infrastructure. The result
The study classified the entire approximately $700,000 depreciable basis as 5- or 15-year property. With 100% bonus depreciation available, the owner was able to accelerate essentially all of the studied basis into the first year.
